Transforming Lives Through Education & Mental Health

Excelsis Africa Development Network is a Charitable Organization dedicated to the Education, Empowerment and Development of Children and Youths in Nigeria and other parts of Africa.

Our Mission

Educating, Empowering and Developing Children and Youths for Good Mental Health and Wellbeing through comprehensive programs addressing root causes of depression.

Our Vision

A world where children and youths live free from poverty, disease, discrimination, violence, abuse and untold hardship that threatens human health and development.

Our Objectives

  • To create awareness on depression and suicide deaths and provide linkages for treatment (Treatment)
  • To provide coping strategies and psycho-social support for the wellbeing, empowerment and development of children and youths (Management)
  • To develop preventive approaches to tackling depression and deviant social behavior for global peace (Prevention)

Our Goals

  • Eliminate Malnutrition - Reduce stunting and wasting in children and improve nutrition for pregnant women, elderly people and other vulnerable groups.
  • By 2030, reduce by one third premature mortality from non-communicable diseases through prevention and treatment and promote mental health and well-being.
  • By 2030, ensure that all learners acquire the knowledge and skills needed to promote sustainable development, including, among others, through education for sustainable development and sustainable lifestyles, human rights, gender equality, promotion of a culture of peace and nonviolence, global citizenship and appreciation of cultural diversity and of culture’s contribution to sustainable development
